Remodelling and efficiently modernising a Rear Extension

Rather than extending further, this project focused on smart remodelling to maximize both budget and spatial quality. The existing extension was reimagined, replacing an unsightly mock-Victorian roof lantern with sleek skylights and a well-insulated roof. The kitchen and dining areas were strategically swapped, creating a more intimate dining space framed by a striking picture window—enhancing light, views, and connection to the garden.

Rear and Side Extension

Designed for a growing young family, this rear and side extension redefines family living with a bright, open-plan space designed for both play and relaxation. Expansive glazing maximises natural light, while the side extension introduces a tranquil home office—offering a peaceful, flexible workspace for modern living.

Rear Extension & Loft Conversion

This rear single-story extension and dormer conversion in Finchley Central transforms a mid-terrace house into a spacious, light-filled family home. The design features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, seamlessly connected to a cozy snug overlooking the garden. Slim corner glazing allows the space to open up, perfect for hosting summer BBQs and entertaining larger gatherings.

New Build House

This bespoke 4-5 bedroom home is designed to make the most of its newly acquired site. By repositioning the entrances, the scheme optimises building orientation and garden layout while harnessing the southerly aspect for natural light and solar energy. A forward-thinking sustainability strategy integrates air source heat pumps, airtight insulation, and recycled materials. Inside, the layout is thoughtfully shaped around family routines, ensuring every space is efficiently tailored to daily life—creating a home that is both functional and future-proof.

Screening Room Fit Out

This remodeling and refurbishment project revitalizes an adult college to meet the demand for high-quality lecture spaces. The transformation of a former recital room includes retractable raked seating, enhanced acoustic linings, and state-of-the-art AV upgrades—creating a dynamic and adaptable environment for 40+ students.

Listed Property Refurbishment

Refurbishment of a Grade II listed, end of terrace, house in St Johns Wood, London, located in the Westminster conservation area. The works comprised of the relocation of the kitchen requiring extending of services to a new floor, new media room, secondary glazing and redecoration throughout.

Loft Conversion

This loft conversion transforms underutilised space into a modern master suite with a stylish ensuite bathroom. Thoughtfully designed to maximize storage, the layout ensures a seamless blend of comfort, practicality, and contemporary living.
