I am a chartered Architect and a proud member of the ARB and Royal Institute of British Architects. I am also certified in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, ensuring quality and standards of retrofit projects are in compliance with PAS2035, and improving energy efficiency in homes. I have worked on schemes ranging from £200,000 to £15 million and my experience extends across several sectors including Commercial, Education, Residential and Community Regeneration, plus specialist work in conservation architecture, acoustic design, landscaping, and interior design. I have valuable experience in managing client requirements and implementing a holistic design approach to deliver a scheme successfully. From feasibility stage to practical completion, I leverage 3D modelling to optimise effective communication through design development whilst paying meticulous attention to detail regardless of project size. With 100% success rate on numerous planning applications, including challenging listed building consents in conservation areas, I will ensure all my clients receive expert guidance and the best chance of approval for their projects.
